|
Many people don’t know
that they suffer of food allergy, as the diagnosis cannot be declared
before apparent allergic reactions.
Symptoms only appear if the amount of foods that content the component
that causes the allergy exceeds the tolerable level.
The immune system perceives some ingredients containing allergens as
dangerous for the organism and creates antibodies to fight them.
It creates chemicals including histamine to defend from allergens that
generate allergic symptoms, like wheezing, abdominal pain, escalation,
itchiness in the throat, tongue, or lips, itchy skin rashes, and runny
nose.
These symptoms can affect cardiovascular anatomy, skin, gastrointestinal
tract, or respiratory system.

by the sufferer in prevention. The diet has to exclude all food allergens as
much as possible.
